Founded by industry expert Lee Robertson, we’re a family run business based in Essex, built on decades of hands on experience, a commitment to customer care, and a shared belief in doing things properly.
Lee spent 20 years working for one of the UK’s leading window and door manufacturers, mastering everything from production and installation to on‑site troubleshooting. His reputation for solving complex problems and delivering high‑quality results is at the heart of our company’s success.
Rebecca brings a background in customer service and regulatory standards, including experience working for an Ombudsman. Her focus on transparency and clear communication ensures our clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout their projects.

Managing Director
Lee began his career in the glazing industry in 2002 working for one of the UK’s leading window and door manufacturers. He worked his way through the ranks there for almost 20 years mastering every aspect of the industry. In 2020 he founded Robertson Glazing with the aim of becoming the UK’s Premium Aluminium Glazing Specialist. He is passionate about delivering high end products with quality workmanship.
Office Manager
Rebecca began her career working for a London Council as a caseworker, later moving to the Parliamentary & Health Ombudsman’s office and then the NHS. Rebecca holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of East Anglia and is also a qualified Sign Language Interpreter. Rebecca has been working for Robertson Glazing since it was founded in 2020 supporting general office management and customer service.
